I claim to have it, but different people may have different opinions in what accounts for manipulating. In general, I say stuff, and manipulate people into believing me with my verbosity (read: argumentum ad verbosium).
For the most part, I listen to people, see what they think, research the matter, then blast away. When people are able to counter me with better arguments, I repeat the steps, until either I walk away with new discoveries, or the other side knows more than when we both entered the discussion.
